Website accepts Visa & Mastercard only.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Continental US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days via UPS Ground Service. For faster delivery, additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping costs are based on real time UPS rates and a shipping and handling fee of $4 per packaged box.

Perishable Orders:
Extreme temperatures can result in the spoilage of your order, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you are requesting perishables during summer months to be shipped outside of NM, Northern TX, CO or AZ we strongly encourage you to upgrade the shipment method to UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Services depending on heat and the items themselves. Also to avoid spoilage, due to UPS being closed over the weekend we ship orders containing perishables only at the beginning of the week.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Please include a note indicating the reason for your return and how you would like us to proceed with your exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs are refundable only in the case of manufacturer's defects, freight damage, or by result of our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured US Mail for shipment. Feel free to contact us if you would like UPS pick up to be arranged for you.

Please note that items returned or exchanged must be in their original selling condition for full credit. In the situation that items have been opened from their original packaging, labels removed, and used, credit is determined by the resale value of the item.

Gift Packaging
Please send us a seperate e-mail indicating when an order is a gift so that it can be attractively packaged in tissue paper. Include the order number and message you would like included on a gift tag.

International Orders:
Our website is not set up to handle international orders. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us by email at mailorder@spanishtable.com or call at (505) 986-0243 so that we can better assist you. Be ready with what items you wish to order and your complete mailing address so that we can provide you with a shipping cost estimate. The Spanish Table is not responsible for unforeseen customs fees.
