Shipping and Handling

WE SHIP WITH UPS

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.  Continental US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days via UPS Ground Service. Physical address is required.

UPS Ground rates are as follows:
For product totals up to $12... UPS Ground costs $8.95
Over $12 and under $50... UPS Ground costs $15
Over $50... UPS Ground costs 30% of the product total

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam orders usually cost additional S&H (actual cost + $8.95 per box) which are automatically charged on the day the package is sent. In some instances, USPS Priority Mail may be used. Please contact us if you have a preference. An email receipt for additional S&H will automatically be sent if you provided your email address.

Mail Order Wine 

To protect against possible breakage, all wines are carefully packed in specialized wine shippers, for which a $2.00 shipping & handling fee is applied per bottle.

We ship on your behalf, you are responsible for complying with any state and local laws, paying any applicable taxes, and selecting an appropriate shipment method to ensure your wines arrive in good condition. There must be an adult available to sign for wine when it is delivered.

Extreme temperatures can result in the spoilage of your order, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you are requesting wines during summer or winter months to be shipped outside of WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, or UT, we strongly encourage you to contact us after finalizing your order to upgrade the shipment method to UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Services.

Any risk that may be involved in purchasing wine by mail order is assumed by the customer. Neither The Spanish Table or UPS are liable for breakage, spoilage or possible legal concerns.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every item you purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Please include a note indicating the reason for your return and how you would like us to proceed with your exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs are refundable only in the case of manufacturer's defects, freight damage, or by result of our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured US Mail for shipment. Feel free to contact us if you would like UPS pick up to be arranged for you.

Please note that items returned or exchanged must be in their original selling condition for full credit. In the situation that items have been opened from their original packaging, labels removed, and used, credit is determined by the resale value of the item.

Gift Packaging

Please send us a seperate e-mail indicating when an order is a gift so that it can be attractively packaged in tissue paper. Include the order number and message you would like included on a gift tag.
