A delicious, easy-slicing, lightly smoked, semi-soft cows-milk cheese form Galicia. This is a beautifully buttery, mild, cheese made from the milk of the Galician Blonde cows. The freshly-formed cheeses are birchwood smoked for between 90 and 120 minutes before being set to age for up to 3 months.

Price is for 1 lb. The pieces vary in size but we try to ship as close to 1 lb. as possible.
