Cherubino Valsangiacoma, S.A., was founded around 1904 in Valencia, Spain, and ever since then they have been producing Vermouth and other wines in the region.

Dark amber in color, with balanced acidity, sweetness, and notes of cinnamon, vanilla and licorice. It has a pleasant finish with notes of bitter, Mediterranean herbs. In Spain, Vermouth is often enjoyed in a refreshing drink which consists of 2 parts Vermouth, 1 part soda water, ice, and a garnish such as a wedge of orange or an olive. Also great for making Manhattans or Negronis!
