Mail Order Wine Policy
To protect against possible breakage, all
wines are carefully packed in specialized wine shippers, for which a $2.00
shipping & handling fee is applied per bottle.
We ship on your behalf. You are responsible
for complying with any state and local laws, paying any applicable taxes,
and selecting an appropriate shipment method to ensure your wines arrive in
good condition. There must be an adult available to sign for wine when it
is delivered.
Extreme temperatures can result in the
spoilage of your order, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you are
requesting wines during summer or winter months to be shipped outside of
WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, or UT, we strongly encourage you to contact us after
finalizing your order to upgrade the shipment method to UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day
or Next Day Services.
Any risk that may be involved in purchasing
wine by mail order is assumed by the customer. Neither The Spanish Table
nor UPS are liable for breakage, spoilage or possible legal concerns.
