From Galicia, this cow's milk cheese is made in its traditional conical shape and lightly smoked with birch wood. Each piece is cut to weigh approximately half a pound and then vacuum sealed. We do our best to provide the closest weight possible.

PLEASE NOTE: This item is perishable and must be keep cool during shipping. We ship perishable items with frozen gel packs, paper, and bubble wrap, which will keep them stable for a maximum of 3 days.

As we ship from California, if you are east of New Mexico, UPS Ground will take more than 3 days to arrive. We strongly recommend that you select either UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, or Next Day for this and other perishable items in order to ensure that they arrive in good condition.
