A lot of recipes call for pieces of diced jamon serrano so we stock these vacuum packed cross sections. Each piece is cut to weigh approximately one pound. We do our best to provide the closest weight possible.

PLEASE NOTE: This item is perishable and must be keep cool during shipping. We ship perishable items with frozen gel packs, paper, and bubble wrap, which will keep them stable for a maximum of 3 days.
