Made from hand-cut chunks of pork, lightly seasoned, then air-dried for 3 months. Full, meaty flavors, almost like a seasoned pork loin rather than a sausage. A nice change from the typical pimenton-laden chorizos. Approximately 1 lb. piece.

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, water, paprika, nonfat dry milk, sodium caseinate (milk protein), dextrose, garlic, spices, oleoresin of paprika, sodium erythrobate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture.
