- The thing about a tin of anchovies is that you have to use them all once you open them. There's no going back, no halfsies. The beauty of the jar is that it's re-closeable. Have as many or as few of these lovely hand-filleted Cantabrian anchovies as you like. Then back in the fridge they go. They even come with a little fork to make fishing them out of the jar quick and easy.
