Mata is the latest
addition to our vermouth team. It comes from a family recipe that dates back to
1880. The Mata family tried 40 different botanical blends before finding "the
one." Mata is made in the French style, it was aged in French oak barrels with
its spices for 18 months and is slightly drier. Mata has abundant aromas of macerated
berries, forest floor and Moroccan spices. You can enjoy it on its own, over
ice or mixed into your favorite cocktail.
