They make a plethora of delicious things and we carry a few things that
we can't get from the Iberian peninsula, but we love.
Duck confit is one of our favorites as it makes for a very easy dinner in a pinch. Just put skin side down in a pan (with as much of the duck fat as you can get), heat it on medium heat until it starts to sizzle then put in a 400 degree oven to crisp up and warm through. Great with lentils or beans. Or on a salad of frisee.
We've also shredded it and put it in a paella with wild mushrooms. Inspired by one we had in Valencia with duck and black trumpet mushrooms.
