- Catetano del Pino is a small winery in Jerez that is particularly well known for their Palo Cortados. This particular bottling that Lustau does comes from a solera of just 22 botas (sherry barrels). It's got great intensity and a velvety texture with flavors of toasted walnuts and almonds, citrus pith and a long, nutty finish.
