Details: Lustau makes a wine range of sherries, but some of our favorites are the "Almacenistas". These are from smaller bodegas who age their own sherry but typically only sell it to customers at their own bodegas. Lustau buys it and bottles it on its own as it shows enough character and uniqueness to be featured as such. This comes from a small winery in El Puerto de Santa Maria where you can grab some snacks when you pick up a bottle locally. But since we're a bit further away this Amontillado has a wonderful saline note to its dry, nuttiness.
