- Urionda is located inland and just south of Bilbao, but their white is a classic example of Bizkaiko Txakolina...which is just fun to say even before you've had a glass. This comes from a single 2.5 hectare vineyard where they grow only the native grapes...Hondarribi Zuri, Mune Mahatsa and Txori Mahatsa. This is crisp and tart with a touch of spritz that is the hallmark of most Txakolinas.
