The Solera that originated the Osborne Capuchino Palo Cortado was set in 1790! It was previously owned by historic Bodegas Domecq, until its recent dissolution. This wine has been aged for an average of 30 years in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Capuchino is the perfect combination of the full-bodiness of an Oloroso and the delicate and pungent nose of an Amontillado. Dry and elegant, it shows long lasting notes of dried fruits and spicy oak.
