From Galicia, a failry soft, mild-flavored cheese. Not spreadable, but it is a very quick melter. Each piece is cut to weigh approximately 1/2 pound and then vacuum sealed. We do our best to provide the closest weight possible. In the case that the available pieces are slightly larger or smaller, you may receive an adjustment to your total.

PLEASE NOTE: This item is perishable and must be keep cool during shipping. We ship perishable items with frozen gel packs, paper, and bubble wrap, which will keep them stable for a maximum of 3 days.

As we ship from California, if you are east of New Mexico, UPS Ground will take more than 3 days to arrive. We strongly recommend that you select either UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, or Next Day for this and other perishable items in order to ensure that they arrive in good condition.
