Morcilla is one of Spain's favorite sausages. This Asturian version, seasoned with onions, clove, and black pepper, is a key ingredient in the iconic white bean stew, fabada asturiana. It's also enjoyed grilled or pan-fried , served with bread, or sauteed w/ eggs for breakfast. It freezes nicely, so feel free to stock up! 8 oz package, 2 links.

Ingredients: Pork, dehydrated onions, beef blood,salt, paprika, spices, garlic, sodium erythorbate, andsodium nitrite.
