- It's back!! The taste of summer in Valencia.
Made from the small underground tuber of a plant called the 'chufa", known as a tiger nut in English. It's more like a sweet soy milk than the more familiar rice-based horchata, but it's really its own thing. Traditionally flavored with lemon and cinnamon, and typically served ice-cold for maximum refreshment. (Carton is shelf-stable until opened.)
