Herdade do Esporao is
probably better known for their fine wines, but as part of the Alentejo's montado ecosystem (cork oak forests), Esporao enjoys
extraordinary conditions for all agriculture. Their olive oil is cold-pressed
from a blend of 5 different olives: Arbequina, Cobrancosa, Cordovil, Frantoio,
Galega, and Carrasquenha, giving it a well-rounded flavor profile. The
aroma is fruity and green, with a fresh, slightly bitter and spicy flavor,
