This lovely 2010 Reserva is made from 85% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha and 5% Carignan grapes. It is drinking very well now, but will also gain complexity with a few more years in the cellar. Enjoy aromas of black fruit, with notes of violets, savory spices, tobacco, and wet stone. On the palate, there is abundant blackberry and blueberry fruit character, with good balance of acid, tannin, and alcohol, and a long, savory finish.
"Plum, blood orange, black olive, toast and mineral notes mingle in this tight, bright red. Juicy acidity keeps this lively, while firm tannins impart focus. Graceful, with good intensity. Drink now through 2025."
