Torrons Vicens has been in business since 1775, so they know what they're doing. This is a new spin on an old favorite. The traditional hard white turron Duro is whipped full of air before it sets, resulting in a lighter, less-dense bar with all the same great almond nuttiness, but not quite as hard to bite through. It's like a "seafoam" version of Duro. And then they go right over the top and dip the bottom half in dark chcolate. So. Good.
