Details: Torrons Vicens has been in business since 1775, so they know what they're doing. These individually wrapped mini-rounds of crunchy turron are a lovely example - they're made with hazelnut instead of the more expected almond. The toasted sweet hazelnuts are so flavorful and higlighted beautifully by the crunchy egg-white & honey nougat encasing them.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts (60%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, honey, potato starch (wafer) egg white.
