Torrons Vicens has been in business since 1775, so they know what they're doing. "Souflee" is a lightened version of the traditional white Duro - it's whipped full of air before it sets, resulting in a lighter, less-dense bar with all the same great almond nuttiness, but not quite as hard to bite through. It's like a "seafoam" version of Duro. And then they go right over the top and dip the bottom half in dark chcolate. A new staff favorite. Here it's in "tortita" form - individually wrapped single-portion rounds.
