Details: Turron Blando (also known as "Jijona") is Spain's famous soft almond nougat. Made with toasted almonds and honey, it's not chewy, but it is sliceable - almost like a halvah - and makes a great addition to a holiday sweets platter. 200 gr bar.

Almonds (50.2%), Sugars, Honey, egg white powder, tartaric acid and wafer (cornstarch, emulsifier: soy lecithin and dye: Titanium dioxide).
