"Gran Gusto" Jerez vinegar, from Bodegas Paez Morilla.

This is a great value for an excellent sherry vinegar. The flavor is sharp, yet refreshing, with hints of oak and old aged sherry wine. Only a few drops are necessary to enhance the flavor of sauces, spreads, soups, stews, and a must for salad dressing.
