Boquerones are fillets of fresh anchovies that have been marinated in vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and spices just like in all the tapas bars of Spain. These are semi-conserved, approx 18-22 fish, refrigeration required. 3.5 oz. drained weight.

Ingredients: White anchovies, sunflower oil, vinegar, and salt. Keep refrigerated.
