Dried "Nora" Peppers De La Vera.
Nora peppers are large and round, glossy skin and dark-red color. They have rich and sweet flavor with a little bit of heat. They give a deep red color to any dish. Add them cut or whole to soups, stews and slow-cooked dishes. Soak them in boiling water to make a puree, and use it for romesco sauce. When cooking them pierce them so they won't float. Noras are the peppers used to make paprika.This is a product of Spain.
