We discovered Verde Divino olive oils almost by accident in Madrid at a food show. It's hard to stand out when you're surrounded by the best of the best from everywhere, but they did. This is from their Early Harvest line of Extra-Virgin Olive Oils, made from the very first-picked olives of each season. The early olives are greener and fruitier than those harvested later, often finishing with a hint of spiciness.
