- This is the first natural "signature" Sidra from Trabanco, made with the nearly forgotten Martina apple from their own orchards. It really shines here and surprises everyone who tastes it. It's quite elegant - you could serve it in a wine glass. Fresh and fruity, with a pleasant slight effervescence, it pairs well as an apperitif with tapas but carries through perfectly right into any main course.
