Blood sausage fans, unite! We love it, especially this version, made in Valle de los Pedroches, in Cordoba, Andalucia, an area known for its beautiful oaks and the fat-and-happy black Iberico pigs grazing under them. This full-flavored morcilla is cured a minimum of 18 months, giving it a pleasingly firm texture, like a chorizo or a salame. Sliced thinly, it will stand out on any charcuterie plate. Or quickly sear thin slices in a bit of olive oil and eat with toast.

Ingredients: Lean Iberico pork, pork blood, salt, paprika, garlic, spices, dextrin sodium acetate, onion, sodium phosphates, lactose, sugar, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate, starter culture, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate,BHA and BHT. Beef collagen casing (inedible). Gluten free. IMPORTED.
