Marcona almonds are one of Spain's treasures. Rounder, denser, and sweeter than domestic varieties, marconas are flat-out delicious. These are lightly fried in extra-virgin Spanish olive oil and dusted with salt, resulting in perfectly balanced flavor without the oiliness found in some brands. An addictive nibble as-is, or toss them with smoked paprika for another level of flavor. Paired with a chilled dry sherry? Perfection.
Tubs of almonds are approximately 2/3 lb each, but the exact weights will vary. We will select one as close to that weight as possible.
