Za'atar (Za Atar) is both a specific herb and also a spice mixture found throughout the eastern Mediterranean and Middle East. This particular blend is an Israeli combination, typically mixed with olive oil to make an herby tabletop dip for flatbread.

Ingredients: Zahtar herb, toasted sesame, toasted wheat, salt, vegetable oil.
