These are actually called "rabaneras" in Spanish - radish plates. But we won't tell anyone if you occasionally serve something else on them. The long, skinny shape practically begs to hold a few skewers or "pinchos". Or maybe a couple of stuffed piquillo peppers? The almost-vertical lip around the edge will keep any sauce from spilling over, so you can be generous. The unadorned natural terracotta color allows your fabulous tapas to be the star.
Measurements: Each plate is 20cm / 8: long, and 10cm / 3.25" wide. The lip rises about 1/2" above the inside base of the plate. IMPORTED.
