Marcona almonds are one of Spain's treasures. Rounder, denser, and sweeter than the more familiar domestic varieties, marconas are the secret to Spain's incredibly rich array of almond-based sweets and sauces, from holiday turron to summer's cooling white gazpacho known as ajo blanco. Or toast them and dust them with a little salt and smoked paprika for an addictive cocktail snack.

Tubs of almonds are approximately 1/3 lb each, but the exact weights of each tub will vary. We will select one as close to that weight as possible.
