- Fabada Asturiana - a luscious and hearty white bean stew - is one of Spain's great dishes. It's also one of the easiest to make, especially if you start out with this all-in-one meat "kit" consisting of 2 Chorizo Bilbao, 2 Morcilla (blood sausage), a slab of bone-in jamon, and a cube of tocino (think Spanish-style pancetta). Now all you need is dry white beans, a big pot of water, a bay leaf, and the patience to wait until it's ready. Apprx 2 lbs., enough for 4-6 servings. (Domestic Meats)
