Redondo Iglesias hams are simply salted and dry-cured for 20 months, letting the salty-sweet flavors develop slowly. There's nothing better with some sliced cheese and a glass of wine. Sliced and separated so you can just open and serve. IMPORTED.

Ingredients: Ham, Mediterranean sea salt, sodium nitrite, and potassium nitrate.
