These are just the best peeled tomatoes we've had. So ripe and luscious, with rich flavor matched with very balanced acidity. Ready to go in any recipe where you need peeled tomatoes. One of our favorite ways to use them is to put them in a pot with a jar-full of red wine, and then use the combo to simmer meatballs or chunks of chorizo. Serve in a cazuela with crusty bread and toothpicks for stabbing. Dead simple.
