Native to the Amazon rainforest, Sacha Inchi is a plant known for its small star-shaped fruits, which house nutrient-dense seeds. These seeds, also known as Inca peanuts, are a nutritional powerhouse, with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and antioxidants. The first bite offers a velvety texture that melts seamlessly, revealing the intricate dance of bitter cocoa and nutty undertones of Sacha Inchi.
