What to do when life hands you bunnies that ravage your vineyards?  First, curse, then make great wine from the grapes that remain and use the bunnies on a cute label. This is just what the team at Mas Que Vinos south of Toledo did.  The wine is fantastic.  Natural, fresh, uncomplicated, the perfect chillable red full of crunchy plum fruit but enough tannins to stand up for itself.  If just the bunnies knew how good this wine was, they'd stop chewing the bark of the vines.
