Palacios sausages are made in Spain’s Rioja region. What better partner for their beautiful wines? Salchichon is flavored primarily with black pepper and garlic, much like an Italian salami. And like its Italian kin, salchichon does not contain paprika, maintaining more of a pure”meaty” flavor. Slice thinly and have with a glass of Rioja. Fully cured.
