Tio Pepe is the iconic fino brand in Spain and rightfully so. This bottling is the from their annual "en rama" release which is unfiltered and has more intensity and salinity than the regular bottling. Blanched almonds, olive, and pronounced salinitys come together perfectly. Serve this ice cold with some simple gambas a la plancha (grilled shrimp) or just simply cheese and olives.
