This fantastic Meyer Lemon infused olive oil is one of our first local products.  It is farmed high atop the headwaters of the Russian River in Yorkville Highlands, the entry point to Anderson Valley in southern Mendocino County.  On land shared with Cabernet and Malbec grapes, these olive trees hit the jackpot of the olive tree "where to grow" lottery, and the oil these trees produce shows it.  Bright fruit flavors from the olive meld perfectly with the Meyer lemons - in this case the oil isn't just flavored, but the lemon rinds are mixed with the olive pomace during pressing.  This achieves a flavor integration that is rare to find in flavored oils.  If you like flavored oils, and you love citrus, this oil has your name on it.
