Lopez de Heredia is one of the classics of Rioja. This is still owned by the same family who founded it in the late 1800's and they continue to make wine in the same manner it was at that time. This is truly an opportunity to look back in time in the wine world.

1964 is considered one of the finest vintages of the 20th century in Rioja and this is one of the benchmark wines from that vintage.  Both of these were purchased from a restaurant cellar in Spain and have a mid-shoulder fill.
