- This is one of our very favorite - and at times difficult to find - sweet sherries. Dark mahogany in color, the Royal Ambrosante PX has an intensely fragrant aroma combining lush, ripe fruit, raisins, toffee, coffee, and spice. Full and luscious on the palate, smooth and sweet, yet complex and endlessly concentrated on the finish. Fabulous by itself or on top of vanilla ice cream. If you like a little something dulce after dinner, you must try this one.
