In the Vinho Verde region of Portugal, Vasco Croft is a pioneer in farming biodyanmically and making natural wines under his Aphros label. But this is a new venture for him and it is a naturally petillant (naturally sparkling) rose wine. It's deliciously refreshing with notes of wild strawberries, citrus and a hint of spice and rocky mineral notes. It is an unfiltered wine, so don't be concerned if you see a bit of sediment. Just chill, pop off the top and enjoy!
