These are extra juicy mussels in escabeche, which is a traditional pickled sauce.  For a fun tapa, pour a can of these mussels on top of a bowl of potato chips and enjoy with a Spanish Vermouth!  

Ingredients:  Mussels, olive oil, wine vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and spices.
