Add a garden of flavor to your paella in one step. Use this Paella Spice Mix in place of smoked paprika/pimenton in your paella for extra brightness. But much like smoked paprika, this tastes good sprinkled on practically everything. Really adds life to grilled veggies, shrimp, and fish, in particular. 

Ingredients: Chili, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt, garlic, onion, roasted bell pepper, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, saffron.
