Framar Basque Guindilla / Piparras Peppers. These pickled peppers have so much flavor, they are sure to delight any fan of vinegar or pickles. These basque peppers are a bit spicier than other Piparras, and are longer in length. Serve alone as a tapa, skewer them with anchovies and olives for a classic Pinxto known as a Gilda, or slice them up and add them to a sandwich.
