This is one of our favorite indulgences. Think of it as black olive butter... A natural with cheese and crackers, and it does wonders for a sandwich. But why stop there? Toss hot pasta with olivada for a super-quick supper. Tuck a few spoonfuls of olivada under the skin of a chicken before roasting, or pan-fry fish with an olivada crust – you will be amazed at the results.
Ingredients: Empeltre olives from Bajo Aragón (80%), and Olive oil (20%).
