Can Sumoi is a project between life long friends Pepe Raventos (or our best selling Raventos I Blanc) and Francesc Escala. They work the farm biodynamically (certified organic) and the wines all undergo a natural fermentation with no fining or filtering. Made in the traditional method with no additives, stabilization or filtration. A 50/50 blend of Sumoll and Garnatxa that sees no oak. Bright and vibrant fruit, make this an easy quaffer.
